Finally Fast....A Good Company or a Scam?

What if you found that a software that was supposed to fix errors on your computer, speed up its performance, and make your internet faster (we're not sure how they can claim this impossible feat but ok)...was actually doing your computer more harm than good....yes we're talking about finally fast.com

But how could this be? They're one of the most popular windows registry cleaners there is no doubt there what so ever, but as we already know...more popular DOES NOT always mean better.

And with finally fast.com we now have proof of this. But how can we make sure bold claims? Well first of all, yes we've used this software just recently to test it, but we're not basing our view on it from just our experiences. We've found so many reviews of this software all over the internet, and what's worse is that 9 times out 10 the user feedback is very negative.

Actually scratch that...more like 9 ½ times out of 10...if that makes any sense :/

Anyway, the problem with this software isn't just false advertising. Yes registry error fixers do work, just not this one. But the problem, and this is a big problem, actually regards a darker secret of this software and the creating company.

Finally fast.com is part of the Ascentive software company, and they've been well known now for some time for providing false claims, and even worse installing a ton of malware type software on your computer, and not just with the full version of finally fast but with the trial version too!

A company that behaves this way and installs spyware, adware etc to collect information from you so that they can sell better to you we simply can not trust, and we surely can't recommend them and still sleep at night....

Those of us that know our little so called techie group already know what we think about this software. We think that finally fast is not only a dangerous piece of software that does nothing to solve your computers registry errors, but that it also installs a host of malware onto your computer along with it.

By the way this isn't from just personal experience with finally fast, our opinion is due to the fact that we have gathered a massive amount of user feedback all across the world wide web that sings the same song regarding finally fast.

But ok, enough about how harmful and bad this software is, let's talk about another talking point that is quickly becoming popular about this software...actually about their company and the way they do business in general.

It's their tech support and customer service that we have to call into question here, and if the non functioning, malware installing software doesn't put you off this company, their support will....hopefully.

There have been more than a handful of cases where a finally fast customer or to be customer calls in, gets rudely spoken to and then hung up on. What's worse is that the people that work for this company in their service and call centers know next to nothing about the product, its services, or what it's supposed to do.

Don't believe us? You shouldn't...and no that's not sarcasm...you really shouldn't just take our word for it. We just recently put up a video on our site that had nothing to do with us what so ever, that proved just how horrible this company is in treating their clients and prospective buyers. And it's one of hundreds of videos out there.

You can find this all over the place, and not just in videos but on forums, question and answer sites, blogs, software sites etc.

I mean really, how can we trust a software company that can't even answer our questions, hands up on us, calls the police on us, installs malware on our computers and who knows what else....

We can't...and that's for sure...

By now you've almost surely seen the Finally Fast commercials...

The teenager screaming at his mom because of the slow computer....

The lady trying to send an email only to see her computer crash again...

It's an honest commercial indeed, but only in the sense that those are real computer problems that we always face anyway...especially computers with Windows. Finally Fast promises to end those problems with a registry error cleaning software, and since they're the most popular of the bunch, we just had to test them out. We went into this review of Finally Fast with a very positive outlook and strong expectations. After all something this popular, and something that's certified by Microsoft must have some sort of reputation. What we found though were less than stellar results, and keep in mind that we don't base our reports on just our testing, but on the massive amount of customer feedback found all over the world wide web.
